Using the phone-to-phone service involves 3 simple steps:

1. Register

You must register in order to gain access to our services. After registering, you will be able to purchase calling time, check your account balance, view your call history, and make long distance phone calls using your personal PIN number. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing your PIN number. Please, keep this email for further reference. In addition, all personal information you provide to VoiceNet is protected according to our privacy policy.

2. Purchase calling time

You access the purchase page by clicking here. When you access your account pages, you can view your call history, view and modify your profile and purchase additional calling time. For your convenience VoiceNet offers flexible mechanism for recharging your account any time you want with any amount you choose (between US$10 and US$200).

How to purchase calling time:

  1. Click to Purchase Calling time. You must use a valid credit card or debit card (with Visa/Master card logo) in order to purchase calling time.
  2. Click the 'Purchase Calling Time' button.
  3. Fill the purchase form and click the 'Continue' button. VoiceNet accepts only credit and debit cards bearing the logo of MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express.
  4. A confirmation page will prompt you to review the information you have filled in the purchase form and if you approve of that transaction, click on the 'Place Order' button. This will initiate the actual placement of your purchase order. You will receive an email confirming the purchase.

3. Place calls

How to Call:

  1. Sign up for calling card account
  2. Get your PIN number and access codes
  3. Add Credit to your account
  4. Dial the Local Access Number provided to you
  5. Listen to the voice instructions
  6. Enter your PIN number
  7. The prompt will tell you the balance and the minutes left
  8. Enter the destination number E.G. Guyana 592-225-xxxx or US 1-178-242-xxxx or UK 44-208-225-xxxx
